I have been working with Marshall since 2009. He manages multiple properties that I rent out, and also has acted as my real estate agent for some of those. Marshall has been, in my humble opinion, like the Dave Ramsey of the real estate industry. The education and knowledge that he has provided me has and always will be amazing. We have been with ALLY Realty. For over seven years. Never had any problems with them. They are great, they’ll do what you ask them to. Very easy to get a hold of. If we have any questions they will angus right away.

Got a house that an agent looked at for me. It was not up to my standards and there were some issues that I believe would’ve affected the health of my kids. Marshall work with me and got me out of the lease without it negatively impacting me. Also, there was an issue with having dogs the agent didn’t tell me about, and Marshall was quick to resolve that issue, and even have my pet deposit back since I didn’t have the dogs there before I moved out. If there was another house I could’ve rented from him, I absolutely would have.
Ally Realty and Management was my property manager/landlord for two years and I have no complaints. Any time I had an issue with the home, they addressed it promptly. I recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy!
